The closest international airport is San Salvador International Airport (SAL). However you choose to get there, arrive on November 1st. We will coordinate shuttles for the 2 hour drive to Mizata based on arrival times.

We will send out a more specific packing list but here are some ideas:
Cool, comfortable clothing. It will be in the 80s and 90s during our stay with high humidity.
Bathing suits and sun protection!
Large or hand sized yoga towel - you will not need to bring your yoga mat or props (you may if you wish but the resort will provide all that we need for our practice).
Sandals and a pair of close toed shoes for hiking the volcano.

Two meals per day are included. Orders will be taken on the day so you may choose what you like. The restaurant is open from 7:30am - to 8:00pm daily and is available for any other meals or snacks you may wish to consume. Check out their menu!

There will be opportunities for sunrise meditation and movement, and a strong vinyasa practice most mornings. The middle of the day will be free for you to do what choose - naps, massages, horseback riding, surfing, or swimming. In the late afternoons there will be an optional gentle practice leading into dinner.

Yes! Wifi is available in all the rooms as well as public areas like the pool and restaurant. That being said, don’t afraid to not check your email for a few days…
